1. The Service

VEVORA provides access to third-party AI video and image generation models through a credit-based system. We act as an aggregator — the actual generation is performed by third-party model providers (including fal.ai and its model partners). We do not control, guarantee, or warrant the output of any AI model.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

3. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per generation. Credits expire 60 days after purchase and have no cash value. All purchases are final — see our Refund Policy for details.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Depicts minors in sexual situations
• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Is intended to deceive or defraud others
• Violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI model providers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section without refund.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the outputs generated using your credits. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your generated content within the Service (e.g., on your My Assets page) for the duration of storage (3 days).

You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Generated Asset Storage

Generated videos and images are stored for 3 days and then permanently deleted. Download your assets before they expire. We are not responsible for lost content after the 3-day window.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS. AI MODELS MAY PRODUCE UNEXPECTED OR IMPERFECT RESULTS — CREDITS USED FOR FAILED OR UNSATISFACTORY GENERATIONS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POORBOI MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
